Darcy Herring, Strategy Coach

It’s all about strategies – those that serve us and those that don’t. As a Strategy Coach I have an awesome ability to identify a person’s strategy and make the necessary changes, creating forward movement in the direction of your dreams.

As a mom of a child with anxiety, I have spent the last 4 years trying to win the battle and create a more calming world for my son. What started as a losing battle soon shifted in my favour when I began incorporating my Master trainings and Certifications in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and Hypnosis to ease the fear and curb the anxiety.

By working with the mind and the incredible ability for choice, I now hold the upper hand when anxiety (or other inner struggle) rears it’s ugly head. My work with clients involves teaching them tools and techniques, giving them back control over their lives, and allowing them to win their battle with what’s holding them back.

Bringing CALM to the storm, goals WITHIN reach and FOCUS for performance.

Master Coach: Working with clients to decrease the stress and Anxiety in their lives by teaching them to use the tools we all have inside ourselves as effectively as possible to achieve our desired outcomes.

2 Authenticity – Finding the Strength to be Yourself

Authenticity is about strength and self-respect. It’s about defining you and your life on your terms.

Many of us have lost our voice, lost our dreams, lost ourselves, after years of living for other people. But there’s still something inside of us longing to be seen and heard. We want to live real lives without conforming to the expectations of other people’s dreams, goals and priorities. We want to stop living someone else’s life and start living our own. It’s time to figure out what it is we really want. We have to figure out who we are at the core, after the other stuff has been peeled away.

And that’s what authenticity is all about: It’s about being honest with yourself and with others in order to live the life that you really want. The clearer you get, and the clearer you are, the more your life will come into alignment. The more you’ll attract the people and the experiences that meet you where you are. The more you’ll be able to stand in your own truth, in your own surety, regardless of anyone else’s actions.

It’s not an easy process, but it is a simple one, and that’s what this book is all about. ORDER HERE

Annie Balgobin, Spiritual Networking

WEWednesdays! Women Empowering Women is elated to showcase Annie Balgobin as our Featured Business celebrated in Pickering Chapter this August. This amazing female entrepreneur has the following to share:

Hello, I am a wife and momma of two grown boys. About three years ago, a spiritual awakening started happening to me. It was around the same time my husband had some health challenges. Healing abilities started to rise to the surface. I wanted to do more and be more. I knew deep down that there were so much more to healing than what meets the eye. I had a vision of me using my hands to do healing work and thought that it to be a massage therapist. At the time, did not know about Reiki. I also had another vision where I was doing spiritual readings for others, but did I did not believe it. This spiritual awakening led me to the work that I do now. I am an energy healer. I channel energy from a higher power for others to heal themselves. I feel this work has chosen me as it was a call from above.

I am Reiki Practitioner, Angel Tarot Card Reader and Elemental Space Clearing Practitioner. I work out of my home based in Pickering. I am truly doing what I love and what is close to my heart. My experiences of receiving Reiki Healing has been profound. I am also seeing how it is shifting my clients.

Consider Reiki

· If you’re feeling a bit disconnected

· If life feels overwhelming for you

· If you’re feeling anxious

· If you’re feeling dis-empowered

· If you’re seeking to enhance your spiritual path

Reiki is a holistic healing modality. Universal Life Force Energy is within all of us and it’s why we breathe, it’s why the blood runs through our vein, it’s why we have thoughts.

Jennifer Schofield, Health & Wellness

When I used to think of the word “entrepreneur”, I was convinced that word would never apply to me. After graduating university with a BA in Psychology (Mount Allison University…go Mounties go!), I knew I wanted to work in an industry where I could help people. As we naturally do, I searched for a career (aka “job”) that I felt could offer me exactly that. Further training in healthcare led to some incredible positions including one where I was the Program Director for a Training School, my dream job or so I felt. Healthcare is a difficult industry and with the many cuts over the year, my school fell victim to these cutbacks. My dream job was no longer. I needed something else, but had no idea where to turn.

As a busy mom of two young girls, who are competitive dancers, and working full-time in healthcare, I could not even imagine adding another thing to my already full schedule. Advancement in my current role was no longer an option unless I was willing to go back to school; something that was not a possibility. With the lack of time, I certainly was not willing to invest thousands of dollars without a guarantee, let alone a possibility for advancement. We certainly know, as women, how busy our days can be!

Then I was introduced to Arbonne. Initially as a client, I enjoyed purchasing products that I knew I could use on my growing children and feel safe with Arbonne’s premium ingredients. Arbonne offers ultra-premium skincare, nutrition and cosmetic products for all ages, that are botanically-based, vegan and gluten-free. With a commitment to never testing on animals, Arbonne’s motto is “pure, safe and beneficial” and this tied in with exactly what I wanted. I was looking for products that were safe (did not use harmful or even worse, dangerous ingredients), beneficial (effective products that create incredible results) and with a green commitment throughout the company that is certainly admirable. Loving the products, I was happy being only a client. That was the role where I was comfortable.

I love my job in healthcare but was tired…..tired of the long hours, commuting three hours a day and limited vacation. So when I was shown the business model, initially I was skeptical. I thought this business was perfect for those individuals with sales experience, of which I had none. Listening to the business presentation I realized that if I did not change something, nothing in my life would change. This was the opportunity I was searching for.

Arbonne’s business model is incredibly fair, equitable and attractive. The thought of being able to advance based on my work ethic, was extremely appealing. Social marketing is a business model that is oft misunderstood, however, once I did my research, I understood that with a generous compensation plan like Arbonne’s, and a healthy environment of supportive individuals, I could become a success. The best part of this plan is that success comes from mentoring others and help them build their own business; it was no longer strictly about sales. I never thought I would become involved with a Network Marketing Company. With a career spent in healthcare and most of my connections remain where I grew up on the East Coast, I did not believe I had the connections to build a solid business here in Ontario. However, once I educated myself on the benefits and possibilities associated with social marketing, I realized that this opportunity was exactly what I had been searching for.

My journey in this business has just begun, but the opportunities afforded to date have been incredible. I have the ability to share ultra-premium products with amazing clients that I have the opportunity to meet on a daily basis. I also have the opportunity to share the business with the others and help them grow into successful entrepreneurs themselves.

Teaching is my passion and my Arbonne business allows me to do this once again.

Arbonne is expanding globally, operating currently in Canada, US, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Taiwan and launching in Germany in 2018. With the use of technology, we are able to build an international business right from our kitchen tables! As my daughter said to me, “you are small town girl trying to build a global business”!

My journey began with a leap of faith and continues daily as I share my passion for this business and help others work towards fulfilling their dreams through this extraordinary vehicle called Arbonne.

This month, Arbonne is offering 25% off our Clear Future products. Clear Future acne products were developed for people ages 12 and older as a complete system to help keep skin clear, and reduce and help prevent acne pimples. Daily, consistent use as a regimen is clinically tested to deliver faster results. For more information on the incredible line of products that Arbonne offers or how to begin your own entrepreneurial journey, please contact me via email at jennschofield@outlook.com , cell number 905-510-4870 or visit my website www.jenniferschofield.arbonne.ca.
