WEWednesdays! Women Empowering Women is elated to showcase this truly empowered Mystery Speaker at our Toronto Chapter this month.
Julie Saeger Nierenberg is a freelance writer, editor, and author coach, a lifelong educator and artist. Her business, CreateWrite Enterprises, assists would-be authors to prepare manuscripts for publication and to self-publish them. She calls herself a “curator of stories” and enjoys the privilege of reading, shaping and refining others’ fiction and nonfiction books.
In 2013, Julie published a short memoir called Daddy, this is it. Being-with My Dying Dad. This book launched a journey of connection, as she reached out to share it with those who support the dying and bereaved or to those who themselves are grieving. After receiving numerous end-of-life stories from others, she co-published a collection of 54 unique perspectives called Journey’s End: Death, Dying and the End of Life.
Writing, publishing, and educating others in this heart-led direction, Julie hopes to contribute to a cultural shift in how we prepare ourselves and support our loved ones for the final chapters of life. To that end, she recently established a Toronto Meetup group called End-of-Life Matters.
